Bad experience with FedEx
DeliveryMy experience with ordering from this company was not great because they used FedEx for shipping. I was hoping to get my order in time for Christmas, but FedEx wouldn't deliver it because of a problem with another package that needed my driver's license to be scanned. I was so mad and disappointed. And the customer service couldn't help me, which made things even worse. So, I just canceled my order. I had to rush to Best Buy to buy something for the holidays because it was too late to order online. FedEx wouldn't even leave my package on my porch, even though I didn't need to sign or show ID. That was the last straw for me. I won't be ordering from this company again if they keep using FedEx.
