I opened a compact and almost dropped it — the powder had cracked. I was annoyed, but when customer support offered a replacement and I got a fresh, solid pan a week later, I actually relaxed. That little moment, first brush across the surface, made me happy. If yours cracks, try contacting them — they were helpful, really.

I wasn't even going to buy it, until my sister sent a pic. The shades are really nice — great colour payoff and the highlighters are creamy. When mine arrived two of the six pans were cracked. I emailed support and, to my surprise, they actually picked up when I called. The rep asked me to snap a photo and send it for a refund or replacement. She then said she'd check the e‑mail address and put me on hold. Five minutes later the call just dropped. I called back five times and couldn't get through. Kinda annoying. Still, the product itself impressed me more than I expected. If they sort out customer service I’d definitely buy again. For now, be ready to follow up a bit. Still worth it for the shades alone.
