Returns & RefundsPayPal was the hero — otherwise I’d still be out cash and stuck on hold. I ordered during the Black Friday drop and the site seemed fine at first, so I placed an 8-item order. Only three packages arrived (two were freebies), emails were ignored and I rang maybe 15 times with no answer. Oddly pleasant surprise: PayPal handled the claim and refunded me quicker than I thought.
