Returns & RefundsThis smartphone sanitizer was good at first, but after using it for about 9 months, it just stopped turning on out of nowhere. The company's warranty said they had three ways to fix it, but when I asked for a refund like they promised, they only offered to replace it. It was pretty disappointing, to be honest.
