Was unpacking it on a rainy Saturday and honestly I wasn't expecting much, but the delivery showed up earlier than the window and the support team answered my one dumb question right away. I started using the garland that evening — feels more rubbery than stiff plastic, which actually makes it sit nicer. There's a small gap between bulbs but it gives a relaxed look. Pleasantly surprised by fast replies and smooth return policy.

The delivery ended up arriving later than hoped, yet everything was packaged well and there was even a little sticker inside (weird, cute surprise) which made me smile. Their reps were polite, conversational, not robotic, and they followed up when I asked. I’ve had worse experiences with other shops that ghost you for months, so this felt surprisingly human. Not perfect, could be faster, but overall I'm happy and would try again. Worth a shot if you can wait a little.
