Almost bit, learned my lesson

Priceproduct decent, not worth the headache or the steep price. Be cautious — I'd warn friends, I already have, sort of.

ProductI was halfway through my lunch break when a coworker shoved this jar at me and said “try it” — no big pitch, just, here. I dabbed a pea-sized bit near my cheekbones and kind of held my breath about the eye area because I’d read stuff online. Texture is creamy, not greasy, and it sinks in pretty quick. There was a tiny, odd tingle the first time, right at the edge of my lids, but it never turned into full-on burning like some reviews warned. I rinsed once after noticing it and then tried it sparingly for a week; mostly it felt soothing and gave a little dewy finish. Kinda glad I didn’t freak out and return it straight away. Wouldn’t say it’s miracle-level, but for day use under makeup it’s been fine, and I’m relieved it worked out — thanks to the coworker for the tip.

ServiceI was honestly ready to bail — had read mixed stuff and the sale page kept timing out, so I tried to order three days in a row. I called a few times, and at first I felt like I was just bothering the reps, they sounded rushed and I even thought, okay, this is a mess. But then one person actually stayed with me, asked questions, checked the promo and, weirdly, made it right. Took a minute for the hold to pay off, but they applied the deal and confirmed shipment. First use was this morning and, yeah, pretty happy — everything works like they said and it feels solid. I’ll admit I kept worrying right up until the box showed up, but that worry faded fast. Still think the site could be less flaky, and service could be faster at first contact, but overall I’m relieved and thankful it ended up well. Would buy again, just maybe call sooner if the site acts up.

Communicationnice cream, missing the fragrance. Think I just wanted to warn other shoppers, nothing mean. Then the company messaged me saying they wouldn’t publish it because it “directs business away.” That bit was weird — almost like getting told off for being honest. So yeah, product isn’t terrible, I’ll still use it sometimes, but I’m annoyed and more cautious now. I’ll buy again only on sale and I’ll probably be quieter about leaving feedback since, apparently, only the sunshine reviews get through.
