PGA TOUR Superstore - Reviews and experiences

I just wanted to mention that the customer service at this store really needs to step it up. I've been coming here often and the staff have always been pretty unfriendly, almost rude at times. I recently purchased some golf equipment and didn't even get a basic thank you. Being a previous business owner, I understand how crucial customer service is and the importance of making customers feel appreciated. Because of this lack of friendliness, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

As a big fan of pickleball here in Toronto, I was so excited to find a great variety of pickleball clothing and shoes at the store. The stuff I bought was really high quality, and the staff gave me awesome customer service. Destiny and Lee really knew their stuff and helped me out a lot, which made my shopping trip super enjoyable and quick. Having a whole section just for pickleball gear is amazing, and I'm hoping they'll bring in even more paddle options soon. I'll definitely be coming back to this store for all my pickleball needs!

This store is amazing! Forget those big-box stores, PGA Golf Superstore is the place to be. As soon as you step inside, you can tell it's something special. The staff is so friendly and really knows their stuff. They make you feel like part of the family. They take the time to show you everything and teach you about the products, making it a unique shopping trip. I can't say enough good things about this store!

I went to the store on 75 and Plano Parkway and had an amazing experience with Gene. He really knows his stuff and is so helpful for golfers with mid to high handicaps looking to get better. Gene took the time to watch my swing and suggested some clubs that could help me lower my score. I'm grateful for his personalized help and definitely suggest checking out this store for any golf gear you might need.

So, I ordered a full set of left-handed lady golf clubs at this store for express delivery when I was on vacation in Florida. After a week, I popped into the store to see if my order was ready, but they told me to just wait for an email when the clubs came in. Another two weeks went by, and still no word, so I went back to the store. Turns out, they told me the brand doesn't even make left-handed clubs! Pretty disappointing and made me question the store's organization and service.

I went to the store to get my golf club fixed, and I gotta say, I was blown away by how honest and professional the repair guy was. He actually took the time to go through all the possible risks with me, and that really meant a lot. It's rare to find that level of honesty and integrity in customer service these days. It's little things like this that really make a difference in making customers feel like they can trust a business.

Yesterday, I was at the store and ran into this guy Colin who was super nice. He helped me pick out the perfect putter and even let me try it out in the bays for an hour. It was a blast and I had no idea we had something like that nearby. I'm definitely gonna spread the word to all my friends and family about this place, it's amazing! Big thanks to Colin for being so awesome and helping me out with all my golf gear.
