CommunicationI was so disappointed with the service at that golf store. I got myself a new putter over the weekend and paid extra for faster shipping, thinking I'd have it by this weekend. But nope, that didn't happen. They took my money, sent me an email to confirm, but didn't even ship the club until I had to call them on Wednesday. They tried to blame Taylor Made for the delay, but c'mon, shouldn't they know how long it takes to ship something? Deceptive and really bad communication all around.

CommunicationI ordered some golf stuff a while back, but it never arrived. I paid online and everything, but never got any shipping details. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but never heard back. I'm pretty upset at how bad the communication has been and overall not happy with this company.
