PGA TOUR Superstore - Reviews and experiences

I bought twelve golf balls online from the store. It was easy to order, and I got a confirmation email right away. But when the package arrived, it was damaged, and one of the balls was scratched. I tried to reach customer service to fix the problem, but I never heard back. I was disappointed with the poor customer support and the delivery quality.

This store is a total mess! I ordered a set of golf clubs and grips for my son, spent over $1,300. We even paid extra for faster delivery. But when the order arrived, they screwed everything up. Wrong clubs, wrong grips - it was a disaster. I contacted customer service, hoping they'd fix their mistake. They said they'd overnight the correct grips and send a return ticket for the wrong clubs. But you know what? We never got the right grips, and now they won't even reply to my emails. It's like they're purposely avoiding me! If you want to waste your money on stuff you didn't even ask for and then get ignored when you try to fix it, go ahead and shop here. Otherwise, stay away from this store!

I bought this driver that seemed like it could actually help me hit the ball straight for once, but it didn't come with all the stuff it was supposed to, like the cool torque wrench and guide thingy. I asked for help but they were useless. Cobra wouldn't even send me the missing things cause I didn't buy it straight from them. It's so annoying!

Just got a Stealth Driver 3 wood from the store, eh. But when I got my order, I was kinda bummed to see that both the driver and 3 wood were missing their headcovers, and also the wrench for adjusting the driver.

I bought a golf driver from this store not long ago and I wasn't happy with the service I got. So, I ordered a new driver online, but I got a used demo driver without the head cover. I was pretty surprised and annoyed because that's not what I paid for. When I got in touch with customer service about the mistake, they weren't really helpful and didn't seem to care about my concerns. It felt like they just wanted me to forget about it instead of fixing the problem. The only good thing was that they eventually sent me a shipping label to return it, but overall, it was a pretty disappointing and frustrating experience.
