Returns & RefundsI just ordered a white and midnight shirt from this store, but they ended up sending me two white shirts instead. Kinda bummed because I really wanted one of each color. Plus, I had to shell out $6 to return the wrong shirt, which didn't sit right with me. Overall, not too happy with how things went down with this purchase. Definitely won't be shopping here again.

Returns & RefundsSo, I had to return something to this store recently and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. The whole return process was such a pain. First, I had to ask for a return and get this RMA thing, which was already a hassle. Then, I had to send the item back and wait for them to get it. To buy new stuff, I had to pay all over again and email them both the return and new order papers. Then, I had to wait for an email back and hope they adjust the price and give me back the shipping fee. Not being able to call or chat with someone live made it even worse. This was honestly the worst return process I've ever dealt with. They seriously need to fix their system.
