I've had a bit of a mixed experience with the skincare products I've tried from this company. They say you can get a refund, but you still have to pay for return shipping, which makes it annoying to actually use the guarantee. Because of that, I usually stick to buying cheaper stuff unless there's a trial size or sample available for testing first.
