TrackingHalfway through the week I checked tracking again — same canned message about Colissimo being prepared by the sender. Ordered Aug 21 and still nothing. Emailed customer support too and got radio silence, which is frustrating. If you order, double‑check shipping details or be ready to chase them; a refund option would help.
