Returns & RefundsI kept checking porch and tracking, and my bank. Paid almost a month ago. One of two items never showed. They said one had shipped but it was returned to the seller. I asked for a refund. Communication was alright — I've had better with other companies — but at least I got an explanation. Still annoyed I have neither item nor money, but they tried.
