Returns & RefundsWeirdly, my order was cancelled and I panicked, but when the refund showed up a couple days later I felt relieved — not flawless service, site was messy and I’ve had worse with other shops, but it worked in the end.

Returns & RefundsI kept checking porch and tracking, and my bank. Paid almost a month ago. One of two items never showed. They said one had shipped but it was returned to the seller. I asked for a refund. Communication was alright — I've had better with other companies — but at least I got an explanation. Still annoyed I have neither item nor money, but they tried.
