The company's website looked reliable with a good rating, but my experience was bad. I ordered my jewelry supplies on November 28, and had to deal with big delays and bad communication from them. My package was stuck for over three weeks, and when I asked about it, they just blamed it on COVID. After waiting a whole month without news, they finally said on January 5 that my package was likely lost. This lack of honesty and responsibility is not okay, so I don't recommend buying from them.

I was pretty happy with the jewelry supplies I got from this company at first. They were really good quality and there was a lot to choose from. But then, when the package arrived in my country, the local shipping company messed it up. The way they treated my order was disappointing and it made me feel like the whole shopping experience was bad.

Sorry, but I gotta say I was pretty bummed out about how dang long it took for my recent order to arrive. Three whole months is just way too long to wait, and it really let me down. The stuff I got was decent, but the shipping fees were sky-high for where I am, and the wait was brutal. Plus, the customer service team wasn't telling me squat about what was going on with my order, which just made things worse. All in all, this whole mess really messed up my business and left me feeling let down.

They got back to me fast and wrapped up my orders really good for the long trip. Only had one time when the delivery got held up, would've appreciated more details on that. Also, they do have some saving points available.
