It's funny how they can respond quickly to a review but ignore a formal complaint that could lead to legal action. Thankfully, my bank apologized, refunded my money, and gave me extra as a goodwill gesture. It's clear that they just sell faulty products and refuse refunds by blaming the customer. It's really shameful behavior.

Consumer rights are also looking into this company, and I'm not surprised. They kept my faulty dress that I returned, blamed me for damage, and then made up excuses like saying it smelled heavily of perfume or was covered in makeup. It's absurd. They need to stop reporting my honest reviews.

I can't believe they're still in business with their lack of customer service and all the lies they tell. Their reviews speak for themselves. I never got a brand new dress like they claimed and they kept my money and faulty dress. They need to stop censoring reviews.
