Oxygen Boutique - Reviews and experiences

I had a really bad experience with Oxygen Boutique's service. I ordered something for next day delivery, but the courier never got it. I tried for two weeks to get a hold of the store for some answers, but all I got was useless responses. Instead of owning up to their mistake and sending me the product, they just kept giving me the runaround and expected me to sort it out.

I ordered something from Oxygen Boutique and they charged me right away, but didn't give me an invoice so I couldn't double-check the details. When I saw that they had the wrong delivery address, I sent them two urgent emails to let them know. They replied saying they fixed it, but the package still went to the wrong place, which turned out to be a funeral home. Oxygen Boutique said they had shipped it before they got my emails, but then why did they send me emails saying they changed the address? I had to contact the funeral home and the widow to get my package, since Oxygen Boutique didn't help me or refund my shipping costs. Their customer service was terrible and they didn't care about fixing the problem.

I took a picture of my delivery, but it ended up at the wrong house! It took customer service forever to get back to me, and then they accused me of lying! Seriously, all I want is my stuff or a refund. So rude!

Well, I gotta admit, I was a little unsure about ordering from this place after seeing some not-so-great reviews. But my whole experience was a bit of a wild ride. The service was a bit slow to start with, but they did come through for me in the end. My first package went MIA thanks to a lazy postie, but they quickly sent me a replacement. It was a bit of a headache, but they made up for it. I ended up scoring some amazing stilettos and a killer faux leather jacket that made me feel like a total rockstar. So, all things considered, I'd say it was worth the trouble.

I ordered a gift for Christmas on November 28th from this store. Unfortunately, my item still hasn't been shipped because there are stock issues with the distributor. Even though I'm disappointed about not getting my order, I have to say the customer service at this store is really great. They understood my situation and quickly refunded my order when I asked.
