CommunicationI've been trying to get off their mailing list for four months now, eh? I've called multiple times and been told I'd be taken off, but I'm still getting spam emails. I even emailed the President of the company, but no luck. It's been really frustrating and I'm pretty disappointed with their customer service. Seems like the problem starts with the President, so hopefully they can do better with communication and customer relations in the future, eh?
