    Expensive io brush purchased, lasted only 16 months

    I bought the fancy io brush thinking it would last a long time, but it only lasted 16 months. I thought about sending it for repair through someone else, but it might not be worth it given how much I paid for it initially. I took good care of it, so I was bummed it didn't last longer. When you spend a lot on an electric toothbrush, you expect it to hold up. Customer service wasn't much help since it was over a year old, which was annoying. Because of this, I won't be getting another one since I don't trust its durability anymore.

    I bought an electric toothbrush not too long ago, and man, it's been a real pain. It won't connect to any of my devices, no matter how many times I try to fix it. Dealing with customer service has been just as annoying, with long waits for answers and advice that doesn't help at all. It's like a never-ending loop of resetting the toothbrush, trying to connect it, and waiting for a fix that never happens. The support team hasn't been able to give me a good solution to this problem that just keeps going, turning this into one of my most disappointing purchases ever.

    I just bought a new electric toothbrush and it blew me away with how good it is. The design is super cool and modern, plus it has different brushing modes to suit everyone’s needs. The bristles are nice and soft on my gums but do a killer job at cleaning my teeth, making them feel fresh and slick every time. I can tell a lot of thought went into making this toothbrush. All in all, I’m super happy with my purchase and would totally suggest it to others.

    Christmas electric toothbrush

    I just got an electric toothbrush for Christmas, but it didn't come with a charger. I was so looking forward to using it, but it died on me the first time I tried it. I was really annoyed and disappointed with the poor quality. It feels like a waste of money, and now I have to spend even more just to get it working again.     That electric toothbrush I bought turned out to be such a bust. I dropped a bunch of cash on it and now it's completely useless. I've been trying to reach out to their customer service, but all the phone numbers they have listed are no good, and even their website contact form is busted. Seriously, how am I supposed to get any support for my busted toothbrush?

    Oral-B iO9 toothbrush

    I recently got the Oral-B iO9 toothbrush, but it stopped working only after 9 months. This is the fourth time I've gotten this same model and every time, it craps out after about a year. I've been a fan of Oral-B for a long time, got my first one back in '93 and kept upgrading with each new model. But I'm really let down by the lack of reliability in this new iO model. It used to be awesome, giving me a clean feeling and all, but now it's just a big disappointment. The fact that the company hasn't said anything about it makes it even worse. After sticking with Oral-B for over 30 years, I'm thinking about trying out a different brand for my next toothbrush.

    The product I bought broke pretty soon after I got it, so I tried reaching out to customer service. But man, it was so frustrating. The contact form on their website was useless, so I had to hunt down a phone number.     Online purchase of 3 brushes

    I recently bought three brushes from your website on Black Friday and saw a deal for a free gift with orders over a certain amount. But when I got my order, the gift was missing. I reached out to customer service and they said I should have picked the gift during checkout. I told them there was no option for that, but they insisted I missed it. This whole thing left me feeling let down and annoyed, like the company didn't follow through on their promise to customers. Being a big brand, I expected better service and to actually get the promotions they advertised.

    Fancy electric toothbrush

    I got this fancy electric toothbrush thinking it was gonna be amazing, but boy was I mistaken. The battery dies really fast and you can't even swap it out. Like, seriously, what's the deal with that? I should've just stuck with a regular battery toothbrush if I knew this one would die on me so soon.     Pro 3 3000 electric toothbrush

    I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years and I've always been happy with their products. I recently bought the Pro 3 3000 electric toothbrush but I was kind of let down because the design wasn't what I expected. Unlike my old brushes, this one doesn't have a rubber grip so it gets slippery when it's wet. It's been really frustrating for me, especially since I'm getting older. I can't even return or exchange it because I don't have the receipt.

    The toothbrush works fine when it's actually working, but the problem is the terrible customer service. I've been waiting for over 6 weeks for a warranty claim, and all I get are excuses about a missing part. Compared to my husband's Philips toothbrush, the customer service here is a total joke.     Broken fancy toothbrush

    So, my really expensive toothbrush stopped working and I was just so mad. I tried to fix it myself by going online, you know, thinking I could do it like a pro. I changed the battery and everything, but it still wouldn't work. When I called customer service, they told me my warranty was up. I was so surprised, I couldn't believe it! And then they had the nerve to offer me a coupon as an apology. Like, thanks but no thanks, I won't be buying anything from them again!

    Battery toothbrush

    I bought an electric toothbrush not long ago and it crapped out on me after only a month. I went back to the store to return it, but they told me to deal with the manufacturer instead. So, I called them up and they said I had to foot the bill for shipping the broken toothbrush back. On top of that, they said it could take them like 6-8 weeks to get the product back and I only had a 60-day return window. Needless to say, I'm pretty bummed about the whole thing and won't be buying from them again.
