Oh my gosh, I ordered these shoes online and I'm so surprised I haven't received any confirmation yet! I contacted them but no one has gotten back to me. I'm starting to think I'll be in the same boat as others who have paid and received nothing. I really hope my shoes show up, but I'm not feeling too optimistic after seeing all the negative reviews. Does anyone know where I can report this?

I ordered a pair of shoes online, and I ran into a few problems with the confirmation emails. When I got the email confirming my order, it was blank when I opened it. I tried to contact customer service for confirmation, but I couldn't reach anyone. Then, I got another email saying my order had been shipped, with tracking info in the subject line, but that email was blank, too. The lack of communication and transparency has me worried if I'll actually get my order.
