I grabbed this awesome black velvet jumpsuit from the store and I gotta say, it was a great experience! I had to go back twice, once to switch sizes and the other time because there was a little issue with the jumpsuit. Both times, John over at the store in Oslo really took care of me. He was super helpful, real friendly, and made sure I got all the help I needed. Thanks to him, I got my hands on the new jumpsuit in no time. The onesies I bought were really bad quality. One of them got a hole after just a few hours of wearing it. Plus, one of them didn't fit me, so I tried to return it. But when I took the package to the drop-off point, they wouldn't take it because the customs papers weren't right. Customer service didn't help at all, they just said to do the process and use what they gave me, even though it got rejected. So now, that onesie is still in the package sitting in a corner after months.

My first order got messed up by the shipping company, but instead of pointing fingers, they owned up to it, said sorry, and even gave me a discount code. Not many companies would do that.
