Onepiece - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought three onepieces from this store, but had to return them all. I returned one because I found another I liked better, and the other two were the wrong size. However, my experience with the customer care rep, Jayd, was amazing. Jayd was so helpful and professional, she really knew her stuff. She made the return process easy and stress-free, showing what great customer service is all about. I'm really thankful for Jayd's outstanding service, it has definitely changed how I see the brand for the better.

I love my jumpsuit, it's so comfy and cozy that I wear it all the time! I had to exchange it for a smaller size the other day and it was so easy. They sent me a prepaid return label, export paperwork, and even had UPS pick it up for free. I got my replacement really quickly and I'm super happy with how everything turned out!
