Oh my gosh, I got this awesome avy beacon from the store for my trip and they even called me on a Sunday to help with the shipping options! The customer service was super nice and helpful, and the price was really good. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

I just bought a dromedary bag from this store recently. There was a small hiccup because another item was out of stock. But I have to say, the customer service team did a great job keeping me in the loop and offering good solutions for the out of stock item. They were quick with their responses and gave me clear answers to all my questions. When my stuff arrived, it was in perfect shape, well-protected in the packaging, and it got to me pretty quickly. I was lookin' for some warm down jackets for me and my partner, eh, and I stumbled upon this website that had wicked prices on quality jackets, eh. I found exactly what I needed and decided to buy 'em. But, oopsies, I messed up and ended up orderin' the jackets twice. I contacted customer service to see if they could help me out with the shipping, and they got back to me real quick and sorted everything out. They combined the orders and even gave me a refund on the extra shipping charge for my partner's jacket. The delivery went smooth as can be, no troubles at all, and I'm over the moon with the whole experience, eh.

So I was online looking for some new outdoor gear, right. And then I found this amazing pop-up coupon for 20% off, you know? But when I tried to use it, it said "invalid" in my cart. So I called the store and this total jerk on the phone told me the I.T. department didn't know it was already on sale. Like, what's up with that? I told him they had to honor the advertisement because it's the law, but he just said they didn't have to and hung up on me. Can you believe that? This store is like sketchy or something, acting like they can do whatever they want. So yeah, avoid this place if you want to be treated well. They're so stuck up and rude, ugh.
