Returns & RefundsI had to return/exchange something because it was the wrong size, and let me tell you, the customer support team was amazing to deal with. They were fast, efficient, and super helpful the whole time. They got my return sorted, refunded my money, and set up a new order for the right size in no time. And on top of that, they matched the price of the new order to what I originally paid, which was awesome. I was really happy with how the OMCgear team helped me out. Returns & RefundsAs a new customer, I was let down by the product I got from this site. The picture online didn't show me what I really got, so I had to send it back on my own dime. It's annoying that OMC doesn't pay for return shipping, and it makes me wonder if they really care about keeping customers happy.
