OMCgear - Reviews and experiences

I jus' got myself a Grigri 2 from OMCgear recently, eh, and gotta say, overall it was a decent experience. The price with the discount was pretty sweet, and I had no trouble applying it at checkout. The only bummer was that the shipping took forever. I ordered some more stuff from another store at the same time, and OMCgear's package took way longer to show up. Not sure if it was totally their fault, but it was still kinda annoying, y'know? Anyways, the item arrived in good shape, packed up nice and snug in a big ol' box.

My recent online shopping experience was pretty good overall, but I hit a snag with the delivery part. Everything was smooth with ordering and customer service, but I had a problem with the delivery options. Because of bad weather where I live, I tried to change the delivery location to somewhere more convenient, but the company wouldn't allow it. So, I had to go pick up my package from the UPS spot during their short weekday hours, which wasn't really what I had in mind. I think OMC should think about loosening up these delivery rules so customers have more choice and convenience.

I bought something from OMCgear and decided to go with the 3-day shipping from UPS. My package ended up being delayed, so I tried to switch back to their free regular shipping and get a refund. But OMCgear told me it wasn't their problem once the package was handed off. Even though UPS had said they would refund the shipping charges as part of their policy for 3-day select shipping. OMCgear still wouldn't give me a refund. It was frustrating and disappointing to see them not taking responsibility or helping me out as a customer.

I got this awesome backpack from this really cool store. I spotted it online and just knew I had to get it! When it finally arrived, I was so pumped because it was exactly what I was looking for. The shipping was amazing, it got here really quickly - even faster than my crush replying to my texts! Plus, the item was packaged really well, so it arrived in perfect shape. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping from this store again!

I gotta say, I was really impressed with how quickly my order arrived, especially since I'm all the way on the other side of the country. It actually got to me even quicker than they said, which hardly ever happens nowadays. The package was all safe and sound, and the product was exactly like they showed on the website. I recently bought some gear for the great outdoors from OMCgear. The stuff was top-notch and the prices were fair, but I was kinda bummed about how long it took to get here. I paid for two-day shipping so I could have my gear before New Year's Day, but it didn't show up until the day after the holiday. That delay really threw a wrench in my plans for the new year.
