Returns & RefundsI am just so annoyed with this company right now. They cancelled my order, but it's been 16 days and still no refund. I've tried contacting them through email, DM, and comments, but no one seems to want to help or explain what's going on. It's not right to hold onto my money without giving me any answers. Their customer service is a joke and it really feels like they don't care about us at all.

Returns & RefundsI bought an eye cream from this store that made my eyes and face swell up and get all itchy for weeks. I contacted customer service for help, but all they offered was an e-gift card as compensation. I couldn't return the product since I bought it overseas at the airport. The store wouldn't give me a refund, but they did offer a gift card in USD. However, even after going back and forth with their customer service team for months, I never got the e-gift card they promised. It was a pretty bad experience dealing with a company that cares more about making money than making their customers happy.
