DeliveryI'm really disappointed with the company. I ordered CBD oil two months ago and still haven't received it. I contacted customer service and they said they'd give me a refund, but I haven't heard from them since. This has honestly been the worst online shopping experience ever.

DeliveryThe product was awesome, no complaints about that. But man, I was so let down by how long it took for my order to show up - a full 6 weeks! Like, seriously? In this day and age, that's just not cool. And don't even get me started on the customer service, it was seriously lacking and not helpful at all. If they want to make sure customers keep coming back, they really need to up their delivery and service game.

DeliveryMy experience with this company has been pretty good so far. I bought something not too long ago and I got it pretty quickly and it was good quality. I've seen some good results from it and I'm happy with what I got. But I wasn't too impressed with their customer service. It took them a while to get back to me and I didn't find their responses very helpful. Still, I'm excited to buy more stuff from them in the future.
