I just bought a pair of jeans and ran into a little issue with a belt loop that came loose. But, I have to give kudos to customer support for how well they dealt with it. They were quick and efficient in their communication, and their service was top-notch. The jeans are really good quality, and I'm super happy with my purchase overall.

I was really excited about these jeans because they fit so nicely, but they started falling apart pretty quickly, which was super disappointing. Plus, they were kind of pricey! When I tried to get them fixed, the staff were really rude and it took forever. They even threatened to keep my jeans if I didn't hurry up. And when I finally got them back, they hadn't really fixed them properly! It was so frustrating. Also, I couldn't even get two pairs fixed at once. I'm done with that store, I'm gonna look for a better one.

So yeah, I had this gift card that was worth a hundred dollars and ended up losing it! I was so upset, felt like crying, you know? But then I decided to email them and sent a picture of my receipt. And you know what? They managed to find my code and saved the day! And on top of that, I had bought some jeans with another card, but then I found my lost gift card and they let me use it to rebuy the jeans. Oh, and I asked them to hem the jeans and they did it super quick, like some kind of magic!

I've been going to this shop for a while now, getting my jeans fixed up and buying new ones when needed. But the other day, I had a bad experience with a new shop assistant. I brought in a pair of jeans to be fixed, and they told me they couldn't do it because the jeans had been washed recently and might smell. That just didn't make sense to me, and it felt unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and unhappy with the service. It's not right to turn a customer away for such a silly reason, especially when it's a service the shop advertises.

The customer service at this store is amazing! I was a bit disappointed when my order got delayed, but the team really stepped up and fixed everything right away. They even offered to refund the delivery charge and gave a heartfelt apology. I was really impressed by their dedication and quick response. It's hard to find such great customer service nowadays, so I hope they keep it up!

I just bought three pairs of jeans from the store because they said they offer free repairs. But, I found out that the repairs are only for people who walk in, not for us in the UK. I feel let down and tricked by this false advertising. I was ready to shell out more money for those sustainable jeans with free repairs, but it was all a scam.
