Returns & RefundsSorry, eh, but I had a crummy time ordering online. The shipping was way too much at $10 for just one T-shirt, you know? So I contacted customer service to ask why, and they gave me some lame excuse about it being expensive to stop people from ordering too much for the environment. But get this, the T-shirt came in a plastic bag, totally going against their whole "environmentally friendly" thing. When I sent it back, they even charged me another $8, can you believe it? So now this whole bad experience cost me almost $20, not cool at all.

Returns & RefundsI bought a pair of jeans from this store not long ago, and let me tell you, the quality and fit are amazing. But here's the thing - the sizing was all messed up. The pair I got was way too big because it was mislabelled. Even though the store admitted the mistake, the head office in Sweden wouldn't give me a refund when I returned the jeans. The customer service was super rude and not helpful at all. It's a shame, really, especially since the brand has such a good reputation.
