TrackingSo, I wanted to try out this subscription box and I ordered my first box. But, after a few weeks went by with no communication, I decided to cancel my subscription. I know I missed the deadline for the first box, but the lack of updates made me hesitant to keep going with the service. To my surprise, not only did my first box never show up, but I had already paid for it. The tracking info that said it was shipped vanished after weeks of waiting. It's disappointing to see others having similar issues on review sites. Is this on purpose? Payback for me canceling my subscription? It definitely doesn't sit right with me.
