I feel so frustrated with this subscription service I signed up for. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. Their customer service is just awful - they sneakily lock you into a subscription without any heads up about renewal, and then they won't give you your money back. I tried to argue the charges, but all they did was refer me to their policy and gave me no solution. I still haven't even gotten my items even though they took my money. It's been a really letdown, and I recommend people steer clear of this company.

Total rip-off! They charged me twice for a subscription box and didn't even send it. My wife and I were looking forward to getting those boxes, but they totally scammed us. Be careful with this company, don't bother using their service!

I can't believe the lousy customer service I got from this company. I tried to cancel my order with 20 days notice, but they wouldn't give me a refund. Just go buy the stuff they're selling from somewhere else - it'll be quicker and cheaper.

So, I ended up getting my brother and his wife a year-long subscription as a gift. They're into hiking and camping, so I thought it would be a cool present.
