DeliveryI bought some outdoor gear from this company, hoping to get it before Christmas as they promised on their site. But I didn't get it until January 3rd, way after the holidays. And to top it off, they charged me for two extra subscription boxes without asking me first, and wouldn't cancel the order when I reached out to them. The whole thing just felt sketchy and unprofessional, with their lousy customer service and not caring about their customers.
