CommunicationI gotta mention, the rooftop tent and awning I got from this place are amazing. Super easy to set up, strong materials, and ideal for my overland trips. No issues with the actual products. But man, the customer service is a whole different deal. Took way too long to answer my question about my order. Not cool. Also, prices were a bit steep compared to other stores I looked at. And the delivery was slower than I hoped for, which was a letdown.
