I recently bought a sectional sofa from this store, even though I saw some not-so-great reviews. And let me tell you, I really wish I hadn't. The sofa fabric is so cheap, it looks like it'll fall apart in no time. And on top of that, one part of the sofa came with a broken wood support and a completely unstitched armrest. We reached out to customer service with lots of pictures to show the damage, but they wouldn't take it back or replace the broken part. Their customer service is just not up to par and it's left me feeling really disappointed. And the poor quality fabric is a big concern. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from this store again.

I bought a couch from this company not long ago, and it's been quite the ordeal. The couch is super uncomfortable, and the parts don't even fit together properly, there's big gaps everywhere. I wanted to return it, but getting it picked up has been a total mess. The customer service has been no help at all. They won't give me my money back until they get the couch back, and they're not in a rush to do that. It's been a real headache and I'm really let down by the whole thing.
