I bought a sectional sofa from this company and it's been a total nightmare. We asked for a specific delivery day and time, but they ignored us and delivered it whenever they wanted. On top of that, they brought the wrong piece and then said they were out of stock when we asked for a refund. Dealing with them has been a disaster and I wouldn't suggest anyone waste their time or money on this company.

I live just outside the GTA, so I was pleasantly surprised when my sofa arrived just a few days after I ordered it. I even got a quick email from the delivery folks, which made it all super smooth. Just a heads up, this sofa is a bit on the firmer side, so if you like things softer, you might want to check out other options from the same brand. But for the price and style, the Flow sofa really stands out. I'm happy with my purchase and I gotta say, the sofa looks pretty sleek.
