Return process
I had a bit of a problem with a return I needed to do, but after talking to someone from the company, I was really happy with the service I got. They were kind and helpful, taking their time to help me with fixing the return label problem. I'm grateful for their quick and professional help, it makes me feel sure that my return will go well. I'm satisfied with the company once again and will keep buying their awesome clothes.
Black Tshirts
I ordered these black t-shirts for myself and also as Christmas gifts. They're a bit thinner than the ones I normally wear, but they're really cozy, stylish, and feel so soft against my skin. The fabric is top-notch and the quality is excellent. I liked them so much that I plan on getting more to use as undershirts, regular t-shirts, and even to sleep in. They're just that comfy!
Hoodie zip jumper
I bought a hoodie zip sweater from this store recently and I was really let down by the quality. After only wearing it a couple of times and washing it once, the front of the sweater began to fall apart. It's in a tough spot to fix on my own, so now I have to pay to get it fixed properly. I tried reaching out to their customer service using their online form and gave them my order number, but I never heard back from them. The lack of communication has left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with my experience. Sadly, I won't be buying anything from there again.
Oversized product return and refund process
I bought something from this company not long ago, but it was too big so I needed to send it back. The problem is, I've been having trouble getting in touch with them to get my money back. No one picks up the phone and the email doesn't seem to be working. I'm starting to feel a bit concerned about getting my refund.

Oh my goodness, it's been forever since I sent back my clothes for a return and I still haven't gotten my money back. I tried emailing them, but there's no phone number to call. So now, my clothes are gone, my money's gone, and I have no idea what's going on. Not cool, eh!
Garment order
So, I ordered some clothes from Ninety Percent not long ago and it was a complete disaster. The order got delayed because someone messed up the invoice amount, which caused issues with customs and I ended up having to pay extra taxes upon delivery. Their customer service was no help at all, they were pretty unfriendly and wouldn't admit to the mistake. On top of that, the clothes were not great quality - the material was thin and the dye was running. It was a real pain to finally get the package and nobody at Ninety Percent wanted to admit they were wrong.
