So I bought some new clothes online and when they arrived they didn't fit me right. I tried to return them by following the steps on the website and reaching out to customer service. But even though I did everything they told me to, I still haven't gotten the return address from them. The lack of communication and slow response to my problem is really bugging me and I'm pretty bummed out about it.

The items I received were really awful, definitely not what I wanted. The sizes are all wrong, some are too big and others are too small. I tried to send it back but no one will give me the return address. I'm so frustrated, don't spend your money at this place.

I gotta say, as someone who shopped at Ninacloak, I really wish I had done more digging before making a purchase. The stuff I bought took so much longer to show up than I thought, and when they finally arrived, they weren't even close to what I was expecting. The fabric was totally different, the sizes were way off, and even though I paid a lot to send most of it back, I only got back some of my money. The clothes were not great quality, some shrank or looked weird after just one wash. It was a massive waste of money and time dealing with all the returns and trying to argue about the charges.

I recently bought from this company for the first time and it was a complete nightmare. I ordered two dresses, but ended up getting two separate orders of the same dresses. I paid $70.00 and $118.00 for them, but they were really poor quality. When I tried to return them, they wanted to charge me $38.00. Being on a pension, I can't just waste money like that. I contacted their customer service a few times, but only got generic responses. They eventually offered me a $55.00 refund, which didn't make up for all the hassle and wasted money.

So I just ordered some clothes online, eh, and I gotta say, it was a real mess. I tried to send back a few things, but the company never got back to me. Can you believe it? Seems like they don't give a darn about their customers. And on top of that, the clothes weren't even that good quality. Feels like I threw my money away, eh.

My experience with this online seller was really disappointing. I ordered 4 tops, a dress, and a cardigan back in November 2021, and they arrived in the UK within 2 weeks as expected. But when I opened the package, I was so disappointed. The tops, dress, and cardigan looked nothing like what was shown on the website. The colors and materials were totally different, and they seemed like cheap knock-offs. The only thing that looked like the picture was the cardigan. So I decided to return everything and asked for the address, which turned out to be in China. I sent the parcel back at my own cost, without insurance, but unfortunately, it never made it to the seller. I emailed customer service several times, but all I got were automated responses and no confirmation of the return. I ended up losing all the money I spent on those items. It was a really frustrating and expensive experience, and I hope my review can help others avoid the same situation.

The clothes I got from this company were a total mess! Seriously, it took so long for them to even show up, and when they did, the fabrics were not at all like what they said on their website. Plus, the sizes were completely off. Trying to return them was a total nightmare. They said they would give me some money back, but it was only a tiny bit of what I actually paid, and I still haven't seen it. Now they're saying I can only get a voucher, which is useless because I am so not shopping with them again. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place!
