DeliveryI bought this really pricey thing online, but it never showed up. I've messaged customer service four times now, but all they do is send another tracking code saying the courier is still waiting to deliver. They don't seem keen on doing anything else, just sending bland replies like, "Thanks for letting us know you got our message. Hang tight for more updates on your order." Like, obviously. Now they won't even answer my messages.

DeliveryI ordered something 25 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. The shipping cost was $19aud and for that price, I thought it would come quicker. I can't even track the item and I'm just waiting to hear back from customer service. Honestly, I'm starting to get worried and not sure if this company is legit. Even if I do get my package in a month, I won't be recommending this site because of the expensive shipping and long wait time.
