The clothes I got are so nice, just like the pictures on the website! But, some items didn't quite match the pictures, which was a letdown. The prices are a bit steep compared to other places, and the shipping took way longer than I thought. I've been waiting for a refund from PayPal for over a month now. Plus, some of the clothes I ordered are still processing after a month, and a few items went out of stock after I ordered them. It's frustrating to wait for stuff that's not even available anymore. Despite all that, I still love the beautiful and unique clothing they have.

I ordered this black satin skirt from here but it ended up being way too small. I tried to contact customer support to arrange a return, but it's been almost a month now and I still haven't heard back from anyone. The website said they would get back to me within 24 hours, but that clearly didn't happen. So now I'm stuck with this skirt that doesn't fit and I can't send back. I ended up finding the same skirt on Ebay for a much better price, so I recommend checking out other sellers for a more reliable experience.

I heard some folks were saying they tried to cancel their orders and didn't get their money back. I really hope that doesn't happen to me too! I ordered some stuff last week and shelled out a bunch for fast shipping, but now it still says "processing". They charged me right away!

The website says they'll respond in 24 hours, but it seems like a empty promise. I just want a return label and my money back, but I'm worried I might be past the 30-day return deadline and won't get a refund. This whole thing has left me annoyed and not likely to shop here again.
