I ordered my item on December 1st and was told it would ship by the 16th. But by the 19th, I hadn't heard anything, so I contacted the company and got no response. After many tries, I finally talked to someone who said the new ship date was January 3rd. The lack of communication and delay really messed up my Christmas gift plans.

I've been finding working with this company really frustrating. My orders always seem to take forever to arrive, and if I don't ask what's going on, they can be stuck for ages. I'm really disappointed with how little they communicate and help out from customer service.

I ordered some stuff back on Dec 28, eh? I had to shoot them an email to remind them 'cause it seemed like they forgot about me or somethin'. Now I gotta wait 'til sometime between Feb 5 and March 5 to get my stuff. And get this, they split my order into 3 packages, so now I gotta wait for even more couriers to show up. I tell ya, never ordering from here again, it's the worst online shopping experience, eh!

I just got my order and for the most part, I'm pretty happy with the stuff I got. The only problem is that one pair of pants is missing, but everything else seems pretty good quality. The XXL shirt I ordered ended up being a little smaller than I thought, so make sure you double-check the sizing before you buy. It did take a while for my order to arrive, like 6 weeks, so you gotta be willing to wait if you order from here. But overall, I'm satisfied with the clothes I got.
