CommunicationI'm so upset with this company for my online shopping experience. I've been waiting for my order for two whole weeks and it still hasn't been shipped! The worst part is they haven't even bothered to communicate with me about the delay. No apology emails, no explanations, nothing! I keep checking my account for updates, but it's always stuck in the "processing" stage. To top it off, they already charged my credit card. It's been a total nightmare and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone!

CommunicationI bought two clothing items online that looked good, eh. The website said they'd arrive by April 7th, but it's already April 30th and I still haven't got them. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me there's a 15-day delay because they're running low on the products. I'm not happy with how they didn't keep me in the loop about what's going on. It's just not cool, eh.
