ServiceSo I bought these beautiful geraniums from this place recently, eh? But I gotta say, my interaction with their customer service was not the greatest, eh. I was trying to find bedding flowers under 12 inches, but when I reached out for help, the person on the other end had no clue what I meant. I asked to talk to a supervisor who might know more about flowers, but even he couldn't help me without an SKU. Come on, seriously? Not the best pre-purchase support, eh.

ServiceI ordered some fake plants and trees, but they sent me the wrong ones. I had to go all the way to the post office to return them. The customer service was so rude and not useful at all. It's been almost a month now and my order still isn't fixed. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from here - the plants look fake anyways.

ServiceI just bought some fake plants from here. They look decent once they arrive, but I was bummed out by the shoddy assembly and flimsy packaging. The customer service was awful, so I'll stick to getting stuff from Amazon from now on. Plus, it's cheaper there too.
