I gotta say, the customer service at this company is just amazing. Even with all the challenges from the pandemic, they really went above and beyond to help me out with my purchase and make sure I was happy. I loved being able to customize my organic mattress with the support layers I wanted. The bed is super comfy and supportive, and I'm so glad there's no chemical foam to bother my asthma.
But, that smell of latex has been kinda annoying. It just doesn't seem to go away even after three months, and when my body heat gets it going, it's not great. I've had to start changing my sheets, washing my pillows, and airing out the latex every week to keep the smell under control. Despite that, I'm still happy with the product and how it's been helping me out.
