Returns & RefundsI was really excited about buying a new latex mattress to replace my old one, but it turned out to be a total disaster. I spent a lot of time in the store testing out different options to find the perfect mix of comfort and support, only to be completely let down when the mattress was delivered. It was way firmer than the ones I tested in the store and ended up giving me a ton of pain in my hips and shoulders. I tried switching out layers, adjusting it, and even adding an expensive mattress topper, but nothing made it better. The customer service was no help at all and the return policy is super strict. It's been a frustrating and expensive mistake that I wish I hadn't made.
