Returns & RefundsSo like, I got this DJ mixer and the fader broke real fast. Seriously, it's a basic part that should last longer. I tried to get a replacement part, but they were like "nah, you gotta send it back to us". And that's gonna cost me a bunch of money to fix. It's like they don't even care about EU laws or customer rights. I'm never buying their stuff again, it's just not worth it.
