DeliveryI ordered something and they said it would come in 3 days, but it never showed up! I sent so many emails and no one replied. Luckily, I paid with Paypal, so I could make a claim. When I did, they finally responded but told me to cancel the claim to get a refund. What a scam! I wish I had checked here first before wasting my time with them. Don't buy from them!

DeliveryI've been a customer for over ten years now and I've generally been pretty happy with the products, even though there have been problems with customer service and not getting the support they promised. But my recent run-in with the customer service folks has been a total letdown. I bought the Ultimate update on sale and I still haven't gotten the download links, even after trying to reach out to them multiple times. The fact that they're not responding or helping out is just not cool, and I'm thinking about doing something about it to get this sorted out.
