Nails Inc - Reviews and experiences

I recently contacted the company to get some advice on how to fix my dry and brittle nails. I sent my first email on March 5th and then followed up a week later, but I still haven't heard back from them. It's been 8 days since I first reached out, and I'm really bummed out about the poor customer service from the company.

My experience with this company was a major letdown. I bought a gel nail polish and couldn't wait to get it, but their customer service was just awful. I tried calling them, but got a message saying their voicemail was full. When I emailed them, I never heard back. It's super frustrating and disappointing how little they care about communicating with their customers. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

The customer service at this place is just terrible. I got a damaged item and sent a bunch of emails about it, but I haven't heard back at all. It's really annoying to see them not caring about their customers. I even tried calling them, but no one picked up. The lack of communication and support is really disappointing and seems unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding this company to others.

I ordered some nail polish, but I only received one and it took forever to arrive. They didn't even let me know that the other one was out of stock, but still charged me for it! And now they're not even responding to my emails! This is so frustrating, ugh.

So, I bought 6 nail polishes from this store, and oh boy, it was a total mess. When the package showed up, I opened it up and saw that 3 of the bottles were all broken. Like, seriously? I was not happy about that at all. I tried calling their customer service for over 2 hours straight, but none of the 6 automated choices would pick up. This kind of service ain't cool and doesn't make the company look good, eh.
