I just wanted to share about our recent experience. We ordered a product that was on back order, but the customer support rep, Kriz, did a fantastic job handling the situation. She was so friendly, efficient, and came up with great solutions. We were really happy with the service and the products we got. We shop online a lot and it's rare to get such awesome support like Kriz gave us. Just to clarify, we're new to this company and not connected to them in any way.

It was awesome! I got this new toy and it's way better than the last one I had. The customer service was amazing, they helped me exchange it for something much better.
