I had some trouble trying to pair the app with my device. I reached out to customer support and was really happy with how helpful and polite they were in their response. The guy who helped me was really professional, polite, and went the extra mile to help me sort out the problems I was having with my Galaxy S-23 and Bluetooth connection. In the end, the service was exactly as they had promised, and I really appreciated the personal touch.

The Tenuto 2 product works pretty good overall, but the design with the rigid right angles can be kinda uncomfortable for people who aren't super skinny. It does its job well, but I gotta say the universal remote is a real pain. You gotta pair it every time you turn on a device, and it shuts off on its own pretty quickly. Having to keep pairing and turning on the remote all the time really messes with the whole experience. Plus, the app can be a bit tricky to use, especially when you're just trying to switch settings while chilling at home.
