DeliveryParcel looked like it had been in a fight. I ordered a vacuum set as a gift and it arrived with the box taped up, parts bent and scratched. Just ugly. I couldn't give it away. Contacted support and they said sorry, that's not okay, and first offered only 10% back. After pushing they bumped it to 30%. They also said I could return it for a full refund but I'd have to pay to ship from the UK to the EU. That felt unreasonable. I've had damaged deliveries before but other companies at least covered postage. Not perfect, but okay once they agreed to the 30%.
